All base prices listed for art commissions are considered for personal use. Commercial rights for illustrations (for printing, advertising, or reselling) will incur an additional charge. Live2D/Vtuber prices are the exception, which have the commercial rights fee added in.

Commissions are not accepted on a first-come first-serve basis. I have the right to refuse or cancel a project at my discretion.

Cancellations after receiving payment will follow the refund policy listed below.

Communication will be primarily through email or Twitter (Email is preferred).

I will send updates at the important phases of the process for approval, such as sketch, line art, flat colors for illustrations; or basic face rigging, body movement or physics checks for Live2D.

The requester understands that all art commissions are digital goods. There is no shipping required or delivery of a physical product.

Work will begin after payment is received. All estimated delivery times are based on work beginning after payment. Half-and-half payment plans can be discussed.

All prices are open to changes based on details and complexity. Budgets will be taken into consideration for payment plans, etc. But final file delivery will not occur until the full payment has been received.

Commissions will be completed in the order of payment, unless a rush order is requested. Rush orders will incur an extra fee.

As the artist/rigger, I reserve the right to add a commission to my portfolio.

Please do not alter my work without permission. If adjustments need to be made to a Live2D model, please contact me.

Please credit me if posting my work to social media or using my models to stream.

Work progress may be streamed unless privacy is requested.

All Live2D rigging commissions will not include the .cmo3 file.

My work may not be used for NFTs or A.I. purposes of any kind.

Payment is accepted through Paypal Invoice, Ko-fi, or Stripe through VGen.

After the commission details are settled and a price agreed upon, I will send either a Paypal Invoice, an amount to send through Ko-Fi, or payment will go through VGen.

Changes to the commission can be made without additional fees until a sketch is approved by the client. Large-scale revisions after sketch approval (for example, changes to the composition or character additions) may incur an extra charge.

Clients may request a refund at any point. Refunds will be processed based on the amount of progress that has been made by the time of the refund request or cancellation.

If a completed product has already been received, no refund will be admitted.

Revisions are mainly to be requested during the sketch phase. After the sketch is approved, additional revisions may incur a fee.

If revisions are necessary due to my error (aka forgetting a previously made request), no additional money will be charged.

If changes are requested of my art for rigging purposes, please contact me for the adjustments. I'm more than willing to assist.

If I need adjustments made for Live2D rigging and I'm not the original artist, I will not alter another's work without explicit permission. It is on the client to be in contact with their artist for these changes.
